Task 1
LECTURES
Week 1
Lecture 1 gives a brief introduction to the module and explains what we will be learning throughout the semester. The lecturer introduced the overall structure of the the module and how we will develop our skills through practical task, software and exploration
Week 2
Lecture 2 introduces composition and explains its importance in creating strong visual designs. It covers key composition principles such as visual hierarchy and the big-medium-small framework, while also introducing Task 01A where we apply the concepts in a physical collage
Week 3
Lecture 3 introduces the basic of Photoshop and explains how to embed images into a composition. It also covers basic tool such as pen tool, lasso tool and layering, showing how these tools are used for selecting, editing, and arranging images to create better digital composition
Week 4
Lecture 4 introduces adjustment layers and filters in Photoshop. It explains how adjustment layers can be used to adjust brightness, contrast and many other image settings non-destructively. The lecture also covers filters and how they can be applied to enhance images and improve the visual in a digital composition
Week 5
Lecture 5 introduces double exposure and image blending modes in Photoshop. It explains how multiple images can be combined to create and single composition and shows how blending modes can be used to explore various visual effects and improve appearance of the design

pictures). "Save as" a .pdf file.
Using the Preview App (on iOS) or CamScanner app (on Android) you can take a high quality image of your final collage and export as .PDF

Task 02: Digital Collage
Download all of the images from Google Drive to your computer:
Refer to the slide provided in class for reference on how to use basic tools in Adobe Photoshop
Create A4 canvas size (vertical) on Photoshop and start to do the compositions.
Please download the document provided in this assignment and place your pre-compositions inside (3 pictures). "Save as" a .pdf file.
For your final composition, please save your Photoshop file as a .pdf file and provide your e-portfolio link to submit.

Fig 19 After separating layer from background I adjusted image with curves
Fig 20 Turning the portrait to black and white by decreasing saturation to zero. Then masking cactus background and duplicate and flip vertically. After that add background color to match cactus background color and also adding birds on the background.
